Dear Client,
Both operations are essential before the flight: to reconfirm it with the airline and to check flight status. Please read the instructions to make both tasks before the trip.
Flight Status
It is essential to check your flight status at least 24 hours before departure and just before you go to the airport. To check your flight status, we suggest you use these websites:
If You have a Galileo locator: www.viewtrip.com
And if You have an Amadeus locator or code: www.checkmytrip.com
On the confirmation e-mails and the confirmation page you will find your location code and will be able to check whether it was generated by Amadeus or Galileo. In many cases you’ll be provided with both location codes.
Both websites, www.viewtrip.com for Galileo and www.checkmytrip.com for Amadeus, are available in Spanish by clicking on the Spain flag. You’ll be asked for the Amadeus or Galileo location codes and the surname of the main passenger. Please write only the first surname of the passenger in capital letters and without spaces, and if the status of your reservation is not shown, use the first and second surname without spaces in between.
Reservations Reconfirmation
Remember that it is necessary to reconfirm your flight before departure. To do so You must call the airline no more than 72 hours before departure. You'll find the telephone numbers of each airline in the chart below. In some cases, the airlines can cancel reservations that haven’t been reconfirmed, so it is essential to reconfirm your flight by contacting the airline.
